Who we are
Second Wind is a fictional studio created for this Framer template. Its company name, address, teachers, contact details, prices and events are sample content. Replace them with your organisation’s verified details.
What we collect
The demo form contains name, email, topic and message fields. It has no delivery destination. No payment gateway, booking engine, member database or health-record system is included.
Why
Before enabling enquiries, explain the actual purposes and legal basis for processing them. Describe any separate booking, membership or newsletter services you connect.
How long
Set retention periods appropriate to the services you actually operate. Do not use this demo as a basis for collecting health information or payment details.
Who sees it
This template uses Framer hosting. Code components may request Host Grotesk from Google’s font servers. Identify your actual hosting, email and other providers, processing arrangements and transfers when configuring a real site.
Your rights
Provide your organisation’s privacy contact and explain the rights that apply to its processing. Review this notice with your final services and audience before using the site for a real business.
Cookies
Essential
Review the technical storage, security and form protection used by your hosting platform and connected services. No custom cookie banner or preference store is included.
No advertising
No advertising or social tracking integration is included. Review any tools you add before describing their behaviour here.
Analytics
Review analytics enabled on your published Framer site and any additional services. Describe the actual configuration and provide any consent controls required for the tools you choose.
Embedded maps
Directions links open Google Maps on the provider’s site. Its own policies apply there. No map is embedded in this demo.
Terms
Joining a class
Walk in before class and pay at the desk, or use a pass or membership. Each class holds fourteen mats, first come, first served.
Full classes
If a class is full when you arrive, your pass isn’t used and the desk will suggest the next one.
Passes
Drop-ins last 30 days and ten-class passes six months from the first class. Passes aren’t refundable, but we extend them for injury or illness.
Memberships
Monthly, with no minimum term. Cancel or pause before your renewal date; pauses run up to two months a year.
Retreats
A €200 deposit holds a place. The balance is due six weeks before. Refunds as set out on each retreat page.
Your health
Tell your teacher about injuries, surgery or pregnancy before class, and practise within your limits. If in doubt, ask your doctor first.
Changes
Teachers and times sometimes change. We post changes on the timetable and email members as soon as we know.
